Shipping Policy

Our preferred method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS Ground) and USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail, depending on the shiopping location. If you MUST receive one or the other (shipping restrictions) please make sure to leave a comment in the comment box at checkout. If you have specific requirements you can give us a call at (877) 356-2508. More detailed shipping choices can be found at our main web site at http://shop.snyderhealth.com (place your order on that site instead of this one).

We try to the best of our ability to ship orders on the same day they are placed:

  • UPS shipped orders must be received by 4:30PM CST
  • USPS shipped orders must be received by 3:30PM CST

Any order received after those times will be shipped on the following business day.

We are offering Free Shipping on any order that includes one of our water ionizers. Not just to the Continental United States like our competitors, but free shipping to ANYWHERE! Of course, International orders are still subject to any Customs charges that your delivery may incur.

You can expect shipments from Jupiter Venus.com to arrive from our location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Depending on inventory availability, you may receive split shipments (two separate packages) on orders with items from different manufacturers. We will inform you of any such split orders as they occur. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split orders.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will ship via USPS Priority Mail only. Orders to Canada and other International destinations will be shipped via USPS First Class or Global Priority. No UPS service will be offered to non-continental US or International orders.

International customers please note: Although packages are expected to arrive within 10 business days, there is no guarantee of shipping time due to the Customs department regulations of any individual country. We do insure the package for the full value, but no guarantees are stated, or implied, that packages will be delivered. If an ample amount of time has passed, and your package has not yet been delivered, please contact your local Customs agency to inquire if they are holding the package for further verification.
