How to Make a Return
All returns must have proper authorization before they can be accepted by our receiving department. If you’d like to return a product please call us at (877) 356-2508 to request your return authorization.

For USED Machines: Remove filter before shipping and discard (filter is no longer usable). Make sure to do so over a sink since water will rise from the filter connector and spill through the drain hole. You may leave the filter installed in an unused machine.
If a USED filter is mounted, severe damage to the machine may occur during shipping. -
Remove any excess water from the machine by tilting the machine to allow excess water to run out of the filter mount.
Make sure to do this over your sink. -
Remove the hoses, clamps, stainless steel spout hose, and faucet diverter.

Pack ionizer and parts in the original box, along with paperwork.
Make sure that the machine is packed in the original package and put into another box for shipping. A double package is suggested to prevent any damages. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging. -
It’s best to use a shipping company with package tracking capabilities (UPS or Fed-Ex).
Please ensure that you provide shipping insurance for the value of the products. -
Return freight must be pre-paid.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the products were purchased.
Restrictions & Limitations On Our Guarantee
Our Biostone Filters and Calcium Cartridge Inserts are consumable components and are not returnable if used due to sanitary health issues. Filters that are packed with an ionizer are subject to the refund stated below. All used Biostone Filters and Calcium Cartridge Inserts purchased separately are non-refundable.
100% of the purchase price will be refunded for all ionizers - whether used or not - under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. A filter fee of $25 will be deducted from the total refund amount for any machine that is ordered with an optional .01M filter upgrade. Although we do not charge a restocking fee, we reserve the right to deny any return for damaged units, or to charge a repair fee for any ionizer that is returned in any condition other than “like new.”
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning an item.
Damaged Equipment Policy
We always respect our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We do not charge a 15% restocking fee as do many of our competitors. But, this guarantee is based on the return of any ionizer that is in the same new condition as when it was sent.
Any ionizer that is returned in any condition other than “like new” will be subject to a restocking and repair fee to be determined by the extent of the damage but not to be less than 10% of the total cost of the ionizer. When this situation arises we will call you to discuss our findings, identifying the cost of the damage, and ask whether you would like to receive the unit back instead of paying any fees. Any ionizer that is returned in complete inoperable condition, or is significantly damaged beyond repair, will be sent back to the customer and no refund shall be offered. In order to respect our 100% refund policy we ask that you take good care of the unit while it is in your custody
